Shipping Options

The deliveries of the eway-menu.gr online store orders are carried out within three (3) working days from their confirmation, in case the goods are ready for delivery. In case there is a problem with availability or for any other reason we will contact you by phone or email.

Orders are shipped/delivered in the following ways:

1) SHIPPING BY ELTA COURIER

LAND AREAS & WITHIN THESSALONIKI

For purchases up to 10kg, shipping costs €6.00 ​​(without VAT).
For each subsequent kilo over 10kg, shipping costs are €0.70/kg (without VAT).

ISLANDS

For purchases up to 10kg, shipping costs €8.00 (without VAT).
For each subsequent kilo over 10kg, the transport costs are €0.90/kg (without VAT).

2) COLLECTION FROM THE STORE

It does not incur transport costs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Orders completed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday are processed on the first business day from the order date.

Shipments and deliveries do not take place on Sundays and holidays.

ATTENTION: In some remote areas shipping by courier is still impossible. In such cases, the shipment will be made after telephone communication.

Finally, the customer undertakes the obligation to provide all possible access for the delivery of the products.
